The CREI “Apartment Ownership Directory” includes all the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex apartment complexes of 100 units or more within the four- (4) Metroplex Counties of Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant.  The directory is separated by county; each complex is listed in alphabetical order with their address, telephone number, number of units and is accompanied by the owner information; legal entity, company name, contact, address, telephone number, fax number and last sales date.  The Owner Index is a reverse crisscross section; sorted by owner name with the complex name, city, number of units and age.  Subscribers receive one year of information, which includes updates of changes or additions by logging into our website and download the latest publication, including updates.  All our publications are posted monthly in PC Acrobat™ PDF format (see example below).
